摘要
采用六点正交函数分光光度法,可以消除盐酸异丙嗪和苯甲酸钠的干扰,测定伤风止咳冲剂中愈创木酚磺酸钾的含量,平均回收率100.9％,变异系数1.05％(n=6)。
A six-point orthagonal functions spectrophotometric determinationof potassium guaiacolsulfonate (I) in shangfeng zhike granulae is described. Themethod involves spectrophotometric determination with six wavelengths from273~283 nm at 2nm intervals and a calculation of the quadratic polynomialregression coefficient d_2. The average recovery of I was 100.9% and coefficient ofvariation 1.05% (n=6).
