摘要
报道新型强心药咪苯嗪酮的合成。对酰化、缩合两步的反应条件进行了改进。药理实验结果表明它具有明显的抗血栓作用,并可能选择性抑制血栓素A_2合成酶。
Imazodan, a novel cardiotonic, was prepared. The yield of acyla-tion was increased by improved reaction conditions, and sodium methoxide wasused instead of NaH in the condensation. This agent significantly inhibited the rabbit platelet aggregation induced byarachidonic acid, ADP and collagen and rat thrombosis in vitro and might seleco-tively depress the activity of thromboxane A_2 synthetase.
