摘要
本文介绍的朦胧印花工艺不是将已经织造的织物进行花样的印制,而是采用颠倒织造与印花工艺顺序的方法,在成片纱线还未织造前就实施经纱印花,然而再通过织造,利用经纬交织点的遮盖,达到朦胧的艺术效果。根据朦胧印花工艺的特殊性,着重研究了朦胧印花的方式、小样设备的研制,并对印花工艺进行了探索。
The obscured printing technology mentioned here is different from the traditional one. In this new technology, the yarn was printed first and then woven. By means of the interlacing of warp and weft yarn when weaving, the obscured effect is achieved. According to the particularity of this technology, the author probed into the printing way,laboratory printing equipment development and printing technology.
