摘要
本文给出了一种计算体表电位到心外膜电位传递系数的多元线性回归法。对两条狗的动物实验和计算结果表明,由从一条狗的数据求得的传递系数所建立的线性定常系统模型,在心室的除极期,能较好地反映出心外膜电位与体表电位之间的对应关系,而且对另一条狗也有一定的适用性。
This study deals with the feasibility of obtaining transfer coefficients directly from sequences of epicardial and body surface measurements of ventricular depolarization.The experimental protocol made use of measurements from two dogs. Data from the first dog were used to obtain a set of transfer coefficients. The results indicated that the transfer coefficients could not only represent the volume conductor characteristics of the first dog but also be used on the second dog other than the first one from which the coefficients were derived.
