摘要
本文叙述的胎儿心电监护仪对母腹胎儿心电信号应用匹配滤波消去母体心电波,并用波形识别、逻辑判断与差分检测法从噪声中提取胎儿心电信号。这种胎儿心电监护仪除能象通常胎儿监护仪提供胎心率与宫缩曲线外,还同时能给出胎儿心电图和母亲心率曲线。
The fetal ECG monitor presented in this paper cancels the maternal ECG from abdominal fetal ECG signal by using match filtering, and extracts FECG from noise by using wave recognitionlogic judgement and differential detection. This fetal ECG monitor provides not only the tococardiogram (FHR and UC) as a conventional fetal monitor, but also fetal ECG and maternal heart rate records.
