摘要
该材料利用有机硅的生物惰性和优异的生物相容性,借助于抛射剂,直接喷涂于烧伤创面上成膜,并释放部分抗菌药物的以控制病菌引起的感染。该材料的理化指标和卫生学指标均达到有关标准,临床应用100例,取得了较为满意的效果。
The paper introduces a material which uses the bio-inertia and the excellent compatib lity of silicon. It is spurted on the wound directly with the aid of a projectile, forming a diaphragm. Th antibiotic drugs are released from the diaphragm partly, which are used to control bacterial infection The physico-chemical targets and hygiene targets of the material reach the relevant standards. The ma terial is used clinically a hundred cases with satisfactory result.
