摘要
市场经济的发展,使图书馆事业受到极大的冲击。图书馆界产生了重重困难。作者从本馆实际情况出发,谈到了干部队伍不稳定和书刊涨价、经费短缺等普遍性的问题,并分析了产生困难的原因。同时提出了解决困难的对策:（1）利用图书馆信息资源、设备和人才优势,开展有偿服务;（2） 开展国际书刊交换;（3） 协调订购,资源共享。
The development of market economy exerts a great impact on the planned economic system in the library economy, and the library is beset with difficulties. Based on the practical situations in his library, the author presents some common problems existing in libraries in this paper such as unstability of staff,rise in price of books and periodicals,and deficiency of funds. The reasons why such difficulties arose are analysed. Following measures are suggested for their solution: to take full advange of information sources, equipments and talents in library to practise paid services; to develop international exchange of publications; and to coordinate subscription for resource-sharing.
