摘要
应用不同浓度的α肾上腺素能激动剂和阻滞剂对比观察新生犬心脏的变时性效应。实验结果证明新生犬心脏的变时性效应发生成熟性变化。
In vitro studies suggest that neonates and adults may have different cardiac chronotropic response to alpha adrenergic stimulation.In order to investigate these differences in vivo, 3 groups of dogs were studied. Heart rate (HR) and blood pressure (BP) determinations were made in the control setting and then following combined beta adrenergic and parasympathetic blockade.There are important maturational changes in the chrotropic response to alpha adrenergic stimulation and blockade demonstrable in the intact neonatal canine.
