异烟肼、氟米松胸腔注射治疗结核性胸膜炎近期疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 我院1989年6月至1994年3月对58例结核性胸膜炎患者采用常规方法和常规方法加胸腔内注射异烟肼(H)、氟米松(DXM)两种方法进行对比治疗,现报告如下。 1资料和方法 1.1临床资料选择资料完整,符合结核性胸膜炎诊断标准的58例住院患者随机分为两组。 1.1.1对照组:28例,男19例,女9例;年龄17—63岁(31.2±10.8岁)。积液少量2例、中等量22例,大量4例;右胸16例,左胸12例;除1例为血性胸水外,其余均为草黄色渗出液;并发左、右上肺结核各1例。
