摘要
应用反射光谱法探讨静注不同剂量多巴胺(DA)对大鼠胃粘膜表层微循环血液灌注的影响。结果显示:DA20μg·100g^(-1)时,微循环血液量增多而Hb氧饱和度不变,表明胃粘膜表层微循环血液灌注增加;DA40μg及60μg·100^(-1)g时,血液灌注先呈一过性降低,随后增加。用受体阻断剂证明,DA增高胃粘膜表层微循环血液量的作用同兴奋DA_1受体有关。
The purposes of this study is to invcstigate the effects of different dosage of Dopamine (DA) on hemoperfusion into superficial microcirculation in gastric mucosa by reflectance spectrophotometry. The result showed that blocd volume in gastric mucosal superficial microcirculation was increased while change of Hb-SO_2 was absent when 20μg/100g of DA was injected i. v. It revealed that Hemoperfusion in gastric superficial microcirculation when 40 and 60μg/100g of DA were administered i, v. the hemoperfusion was slightly decreased transiently then increased. The effect that DA increased blood volume in gastric mucosal superficial microcirculation was associated with its blockade of DA_1 receptor.
