SOTALOL对新生犬心肌浦肯野纤维电生理特性的影响

摘要 Sotalol是具有明显Ⅲ类作用的β—受体阻断药。我们用标准玻璃微电极技术,观察Sotalol对新生犬心肌浦肯野纤维电生理特性的影响。与成年犬对比,Sotalol对新生犬心肌浦肯野纤维具有显著的Ⅲ类抗心律失常作用的特性。 Sotalol is a new beta-blocking agent which has also been shown to exert a significant class Ⅲ action.We have investigated the electrophysiologie effects of sotalol on the isolated purkinje's fibers of the immature canine heart utilizing intracellular microelectrode techniques. By comparing the changes observed in the neonatal purkinje's fibers exposed to sotalol with those recorded from purkinje's fibers of adult canine, We show that the neonatal purkinje's fibers exhibits an enhanced sensitivity to the class Ⅲ actions of this drug.
