摘要
本研究在实验室及现场条件下评价了捕食性动物中剑水蚤对淡色库蚊的防治效果,当地分离的广布中剑水蚤在实验室内可有效吞食淡色库蚊幼虫,72h吞食率为60—100%,现场模拟试验证明中剑水蚤于9周内消灭幼虫种群,2周后成蚊种群消失。现场条件下单用中剑水蚤5周后有一定的防效,但结合应用中剑水蚤的长持效与B.s的速效作用取得了更显著的防治效果,持效两个月以上。由于该蚤嗜食景幼虫,繁殖快,能在蚊虫孳生地建立自己的种群,且可容易地大量培养,被认为是一种有前途的蚊虫生物防治物。
The control efficacy of
predatory copepod Mesocyclops leukarti collected in local area of Jining on Cx. pipiens pallens was evaluated under laboratory and field conditions. The reults showed that M. leukarti could kill 60-100% of Cx. pipiens pailens larvae within 72 hours and cage simulation test indicated that M. leukarti eliminated larval mosquito population in 9 weeks and adult mosquito population in 11 weeks. Under filed conditions, M. leukarti alone cannot successfully control mosquito until 5 weeks after inoculation, and thd
combination of M.leukarti with B. sphaericus significantly controlled Cx. pipiens pailens for more than 2 months. As Mesocyclops prefers to eating mosquito larvae, is of high fecundity and easy and economic mass production, it is able to establish its colony in the mosquito breeding site and so make long-term sustained control possible. So Mesocyclops is believde to be one of the most promising biocontrol agents for mosquitoes.
