摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定氨苄青霉素的血药浓度,方法简便、快速、准确。并对静滴氨苄青毒素的药代动力学进行了探讨,证明此药的药代动力学属二室模型。
A reversed high-pressure liquid chromatogra-phic assay was used for quantitative analysis of am-picillin in human plasma.With this method we st-udied pharmacokinetics of ampicillin with iv-dripand the results shewed that ampicillin belongs tothe pattern of two-compartment.The methodproved the to be easy,ragid and precise for the cli-nical monitoring of ampicillin concentration in plas-ma.
