摘要
介绍了我国第一座步进式加热炉汽化冷却装置的设计,装置在上钢二厂140t/h步进式加热炉上的这套装置,采取了强制循环系统,水动力计算公式是综合了电站锅炉水动力计算方法和推钢式加热炉汽化冷却装置的经验得出的,步进机构球体转动接头采用了防震装置和导向装置,并在支架上采用恒重力吊架。炉子投产一年来,平均单位油耗由32.52kg/t钢下降到30.12kg/t钢,常年效益达287.62万元,在国内现有40多座各种步进式加热炉上具有推广价值。
The vaporation cooling system of chinese first walking-beam reheating furnace, equiped on the 140t/h walking-beam reheating furnace of Shanghai Steel Works No. 2, with forced circulating system, is introduced about its design in this paper. The hydraulic formula is deduced by combining the hydraulic computing method of generating boiler with the experience of vaporation cooling equipment of pushing reheating furnace. Antivibration and guiding device and constant-gravity hanger frame are applied to ball rotating union of walking gear and support respectively. One-year operation shows that average unit oil consumption was reduced from 32. 52kg/t steel to 30.12 kg/t steel,annual profit reached 2876. 2 thousand yuan and this system has popularizing value to present more than 40various walking-beam reheating furnace in our country.
