摘要
研究了在HAc-NaAc介质中间磺基偶氮氯膦(CPAms)分光光度法测定Cr(Ⅲ)的最佳条件。在pH4.6条件下,CPAmS与Cr(Ⅲ)形成的配合物最大吸收位于622nm,摩尔吸光系数ε_(max)=2.99×10^(4),有色物质的组成为Cr(Ⅲ):CPAmS=1:1,1~25μg/25ml的铬(Ⅲ)符合比尔定律。方法用于钢样及人发中铬的测定,得到了满意的结果。
The spectrophotometric determination of chrormuum with m–sulfochlorophosphonazn in HAc–NaAc medium at pH 4.6 was studied.There is a maximum abaortance at 622nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.99×10^(4)Beer's lawis followed in the chromium concemtration range of 1–25μg in 25ml of solution.This method has been succesafully applied to deternnine chromium in steel and buman hair samples.The results obtained are satisfactory.
