摘要
本文用鲎试验法对甲硝唑注射液的细菌内毒进行检测试验，结果与家兔热原试验法一致。但操作简便，经济，省时，省力。
Limulus amebocyte lysate test study for detection endotoxin in metronidazole injection.Experiments proved that between rabbit pyrogen test and limulus amebocyte lysate test comparative studies for detcting endotoxin in metrondazol injection results were in good agreement.
