摘要
本文报道一种建立在流动注射在线过滤分析法基础上的制剂溶出度的自动分析方法，并用此法测定了扑尔敏片的溶出度，测定精密度ＲＳＤ为１．４％（ｎ＝１０４），检测波长２５４ｎｍ。与经典法相比，该法具有采样量小（５０μｌ）、采样频率高（９０样／ｈ）、自动化程度高的优点，可实现对制剂动态溶出过程的准确监测。
An automatic flow injection method for dissolution testing of drug preparations using online filtration is proposed.The dissolution of chlorpheniramine maleate tablets was monitored continuously at 254nm with a sampling frequency of 90/h.The sample volume was 50μl.A precision of 1.4%(RSD,n=104) was achieved with fully dissolved tablets.
