摘要
分析预制桩基础的性能及产生不均匀沉降的原因，介绍用化学灌浆加固桩基础的原理及固结机理，再结合典型工程实例进一步说明。
This paper deals with properties of prefabricated pile foundation and the causes of itssettlement. With some typical applications, the principle and consolidation mechanism of chemical groutingare presented.
