对单纯性肥胖儿减重的长期效果评价 被引量:4

Assessment of Long-term Effect of Weight Reduction in Simple Obese Children

摘要 对30名经短期快速减重的肥胖儿(男19,女11,年龄9~14岁)在减重后17个月进行调查。有27名儿童的肥胖度大于20%,包括7名原已减至肥胖度20%以下的儿童。仅一名儿童的体重保持在正常范围,其肥胖度虽有上升但仍低于20%。调查说明该减重方式没有长期效果,对儿童的身高发育水平亦未见有明显影响。 Long- term effect of losing weight was investigated in 30 obese children joining a summer camp for weight reduction (19 boys and 11 girls) in seventcenth month after the summer camp ended. The results showed that there were 27 children with weight above 120% of weight for height at their corresponding agc stages, including 7 children whose weight had been reducted to normal level (<120% ) through exercise in the summer camp. There was only one child whase weight was under 120.%, although her obese degrce rose. The findings indicated that weight reduction did not produced a long - term effect among the obese children because thcir styles of diet and life were not been controlled. But the losing weight program did not innucnce the height growth of the obcse children.
