红花对脑缺血Ca^(2+)/CaM-PKⅡ活性抑制作用的影响 被引量:26

摘要 研究了红花对蒙古沙土鼠脑缺血和再灌注时40000r/min离心大脑皮质可溶住Ca2+/CaM-PKⅡ活性的影响。实验结果如下:(1)脑缺血10min组酶活性为假手组的13.6%;而缺血前给药组(6.7g红花/kg体重)酶活性为假手组的79.4%。(2)红花拮抗脑缺血诱导该酶活性的抑制具有剂量依赖性。(3)脑缺血10min后给生理盐水再灌注2h,酶活性恢复至假手术组的92%,而缺血后给药再灌注不能加速酶活性的恢复。 The effects of Carthamus tinctorius L.on the activity of Ca2+/CaM-PKⅡ was investigated in the 40000r/min centrifugated cytosolic fraction of cerebral cortex from Mongolian gerbils having undergone transient cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The results were as follows;(1)The activity of Ca2+/CaM-PKⅡ in 10-min cerebral ischemia group was 13.6%that of sham group;the activity of the enzyme in the test group(with drug 6.7g/kg body weight administered 20 min prior to 10-min cerebral ischemia ) was 79.4%*at 0f sham group.(2)The inhibition of the enzyme activity induced by cerebral ischemia was antagonized by Carthamus tinctorius L.and the antagonism was dose-dependent.(3)After 10min of cerebral ischemia and 2h of reperfusion,the enzyme activity of the NS ip control group was 92%that of sham group,the recovery of the enzyme activity was not further improved by giving Carthamus tinctorius L. after ischemia.
