摘要
应用四氯化碳诱导大鼠产生肝硬化门脉高压。于实验第2周始给予口服含左旋四氢巴马汀(1-THP)40mg/(kg·d)的颗粒饲料;分别于实验6,8,11周观察1-THP预防大鼠门脉高压形成的作用以及对胰高糖素的影响。结果显示:肝硬化大鼠门脉压力与门脉血中胰高糖素呈正相关关系。左旋四氢巴马汀在防止门脉高压形成的同时,还明显降低胰高糖素水平。
Liver cirrhosis model was established in SD rats by injecting CCl_4 hypodermicly,The experimental group were put on a diet containing 1-tetrahydropalmatine (1-THP, 40mg·kg-1·d-1) started from the 2 nd week to study the effects of the drug on cirrhosis by sampling portal venous blood for venous pressure(PVP) and glucagon concentration in the 6th, 8th and 11th weeks. The results revealed that PVP and glucagon level were positively correlated, and that 1-THP retarded the development of portal hypertension and prevented hyperglucagonemia.
