摘要
用胸阻抗图和Fick法测定26例心脏病患者的心排出量。胸阻抗图法测定心排出量分别按Kubicek、Sramek和胸围公式计算。与Fick法比较,相关系数分别为0.56(P<0.01)、0.49(P<0.05)和0.68(P<0.01)。结果提示胸围法是测定心输出量的一种较可靠的无创性方法。
Using impedance rheography (IR) and Fick method, we measured cardiac output in 26 cases of heart disease. IR measurements of cardiac output (CO) was calculated according to Kubicek's, Sramek's and chestcirele formu-larespectively. The correlation coefficients of CO by Kubicek's, Sramek's and chestcirele formula with that of Fiek were 0.56(P<0.01), 0.49 (P<0.05) and 0.69 (P<0.01) respecli- vely. These results show that chestcircle for-mula is superior to Kubicek's or Sramek's.
