摘要
作者１９８９年１０月－１９９３年６月行人工心脏瓣膜替换术８０例（共９３个瓣）的治疗体会。男３５例，女４５例，年龄６～５９岁。包括二尖瓣替换５２例，主动脉瓣替换１５例，二尖瓣、主动脉瓣双瓣替换１３例。住院死亡７例，死亡率为８．７５％。文章对术后早期并发症的预防和术后抗凝问题进行了简要讨论。
This paper reports the experience of 80 cases of valve replacement from 1989 to 1993.Among them,35 were males and 45 females.The patients,age ranged from 6 to 59 years.MVR was performed in 52 cases,AVR in 15 and combination of MVR and AVR in 13.The hospital mortality rate was 8.75%.Prevention of early postoperative complications and anticoagulative management were discussed.
