This article analyses the results of non-invasive cardiac function tests on 100 healthy railroad workers who have worked in places of high altitudes(Germu and Keke,2870 m and 2900 m above sea level, respectively) for about a decade of years. The results indicate that there is no obvious change in cardiac output index, stroke output index, myocardial contraction index, myocardiac contraction inotropie index, ejection fraction index and heart rate P>0. 05.However there are significant differences in cardiac preload, cardiac postload, left cardiac work index and mean arterial pressure P<0.05.These are the changes of cardiovascular system taking place in hypoxia environment in the places of high altitudes and during the habituation founded by the compensatory mechanism.
