摘要
目的探讨从榨油后花生饼中,提取复合氨基酸的方法。方法以盐酸水解,赶酸、脱色经732型阳离子交换树脂等过程提取复合氨基酸。结果该方法可从花生饼中提取苏氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、甘氨酸、异亮氨酸、酪氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、色氨酸、胱氨酸、苯丙氨酸等十三种复合氨基酸。结论方法简单,产品得率较高,便于推广应用。
Object The purpose of this study is to establish a method of extracting compounded amino acid from peanut cake.Method The peanut cake was hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid. After deacidification and decoloration, the hydrolysate was treated with 732 canon exchange resin the compounded amino acid can be obtained.Results This method can be used to extract compounded amino acid containing 13 kinds of amino acid such as leucine, argining, threonine, valine, methionine, glycine, islliueine, tyrosine, histidine, lysine, tryptophan, cystine, pheylanine from peanut cake.Conclusion The yield is higher, the method is simple and can be used widely.
