摘要
目的探讨离断指(肢)体的正确保存方法及液体浸泡后的再植适应证,提高再植成活率。方法通过液体浸泡的60个断指(肢)与未经液体浸泡722个断指(肢)和经干性冷藏保存125个断指(肢)再植成活率比较分折,总结出离断指(肢)体的正确保存方法,提出了液体浸泡后断指(肢)再植的适应证。结果本组液体浸泡60个指(肢),再植成活41指(肢),成活率为68.3%。离断指(肢)体干性冷藏125个指(肢),再植成活109个指(肢)成活率为87.2%。结论离断指(肢)体的正确保存方法最好是干性冷藏,液体浸泡后的断指(肢)再植要严格掌握其适应证,才能提高再植的成活率。
Objective Aim of this article was to discuss the correct method of preserving severed finger/limb and the replantational indications after immersion, so that the survival rate can be raised.Methods The survival rate of 60 severed finger/limbs after immersion in liquids was compared with that of the 722 ones which had not been immersed in liquids and the 125 ones which had been severed in dry refrigeration. The proper method of preserving the severed fingers/limbs and indication of the severed fingers/limbs after immersion in liquids were discussed.Results in this group of 60 cases, 41 cases were replanted successfully and the survival rate is 68. 3% The replantation survival rate of 125 severed fingers/limbs in dry refrigeration was 87.2%.Conclusion The proper method of preserving the severed fingers/limbs is dry refrigeration.The indication of the replantation of the severed fingers (limbs) after immersion in liquids must be strictly mastered so that we can increase the survival rate of replantation.
