摘要
目的探讨改进红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体及免疫复合物花环试验方法。方法比较涂片法和直接法红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体及免疫复合物花环形成试验，直接法省去原法中水平涂片、自然干燥、瑞氏染色等步骤，直接将温育后标本灌入计数板中计数红细胞花环。结果直接法与原法相比，Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ｔ＝８．５２５，Ｐ＜０．００１）及免疫复合物花环率（ｔ＝１１．２０６，Ｐ＜０．００１）有显著性差异，直接法两组红细胞花环率有明显提高。结论红细胞花环形成试验直接法简化了操作步骤，减少了影响因素，提高了阳性率，有利于临床常规工作开展。
Objective To search the improvement methodof the rosette formation test of C3b and immunecomplex.Methods Both the direct and smear technigueof rosette formation for C3b receptor and immunecoplexes on erythrocyte were compared. Droppingthe samples into the counting board and countingthe rate of erythrocyte rosette were used and theprocedure of preparating smear and nature dry and Wright's staining were omitted.Results With compared betWeen direct method and original method, rates of C3b receptor rosette were 14. 988± 5. 846 and rates of immunecomplex rosette were 11 .875 ± 5.753. Both of ratesof rosette were higher in direct method than ratesof rosette in indirect methods (t= 0. 825 andt = 11.206, respectively, P < 0.01 ) Conclusion The direct method of rosette formation test for C3b receptor and immure coplexon trythrocyte may simplify the operating procedure and decreasing the influence factors and improve the possitive rates, which are favourable toroutine detection.
