本试验饲喂1500只AA鸡,共分9组。经56天观测,海泡石为载体的添加剂组与不同浓度海泡石组、英国添加剂组相比差异显著(p<0.05),与对照组相比差异极显著(p<0.01);6种不同浓度海泡石组、与英国添加剂组之间相比无明显差异(p>0.05),其与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。饲料报酬全群平均为2.44:1,各组间差异显著(p<0.05),以海泡石组为载体组最佳为2.25:1。经饲料能量代谢试验测定,饲粮能量代谢率全群平均为80.88,各组间无明显差异(p>0.05)。
An experiment was conducted with 1500 AA chicks to determine the effect of adding sepiolite to broiler diet. Results from a 56-day feeding period showed that diet with sepiolite as the only carrier for dietary mineral supplement had the best average gain and feed: gain ratio (1753g,2.25) while the control group was the worst(1553g, 2.59) with diet supplemented with imported British additive and diets containig lower amount of sepiolilf in between. No difference was found in terms of ME percentage between the 9 treatments.
