摘要
计算机辅助排料是提高钢板利用率,显著降低原材料消耗的重要手段,但从数学的角度加以描述和解决都不甚理想,针对剪床的排料还增力。了"一刀切"约束的特殊要求和难度。本文针对零件种类和数量有限、钢板数量无限这类排料问题,用"子块"的思想,从数据结构上解决了剪床排料的计算机描述和求解问题,提出了三类零件分类和自动-交互-自动的工作方式,可以显著提高效率和减少用户操作。
The computer-aided two-dimension nesting is the important approach of improving the utilization of steel plates and reducing the comsumption of rawmaterials.However,it is not quite ideal that this problem is described and solved by mathmetics.There are special requirement and difficulty caused by cutting along straight line on shearing machines.By the 'sub-block' conception,this paper is oriented to the kind of the nesting that the amount of parts is certain and the quantity of steel plates can be unlimited, finds solution of thenesting for shears on the basis of data structure.Sorting parts into three classes and working in alternately automatic-interactive-automatic way are ableto increase the efficiency and to decrease user operation.
