摘要
为探讨冠心病的易患因素,本文就208例冠心病患者发病是否与性格、气质、血型有关进行调查分析,并对冠心病的合并症进行了有关讨论,报告如下。对象根据全国内科学术会议心血管病专业组关于冠状动脉性心脏病命名及诊断标准,在某干休所离休干部及家属中普查,共获冠心病208例,男172例,女36例。
One hundred and forty aged patients with coronary heart disease(ACHD)compared with 100 controls without cardiovascular disease were involved in astudy.of the correlation among their personality,temperament and blood type.It wasfound that patients withe Type A personality(TAP)was more freguently observed thanthose with non—TAP.Furthermore CHD patients were found to be with choleric tempera-ment.No correlation was observed among CHD,personality,temperament and bloodtype.
