摘要
本文对42名要求正颌手术的患者进行了明尼苏达多项人格测验(MMPI),发现男性患者MMPI 异常率比对照组显著增多,女性患者仅比对照组表现更多抑郁。结合临床观察作者认为术前对病人进行个性心理测查对手术取得满意效果有十分重要的意义。
Compared with 58 matched normal controls,42 candidates for orthognathic surgery(COS) were assessed with MMPI。The results showed more abnormality in MMPI scores in male COS thanthe same sex controls。However female COS expressed only more depression than female controls。Com-bined the findings with their clinical observation,authors stress on the importance of preoperational assess-ment of personality of COS in terms of the outcome of orthognathic surgery。
