摘要
活化改性胶粉比较稳定、存放２年，活性基本不变。掺用活化改性胶粉时，胶料硫化体系要进行调整。胎面胶中掺用３０—４０份活化改性胶粉时，拉伸强度可保持原胶料的８５％；可改善胶料动态力学性能，特别是压缩永久变形明显减小，生热有所降低；工艺性能有改善，胎面挤出收缩率减小，粘性好，半成品挺性好，成型方便；混炼时加料顺序对胶料物理性能有一定影响，要根据实际生产需要进行调整。
The modified active crumb is more stable and will change little in activityafter two-year storage. When compounded with modified active crumb, the curing systemneeds to be adjusted. When 30-40phr level of modified active crumb is incorporated into atread compound, 85 % of the tensile strength will remain;the dynamic properties,particularlythe compression set will improve;the heat build-up will decrease;the processing technologywill improve,including the smaller die swell duing tread extrusion,good tackness,stiff semiproduct and easy assembly. The properties of the compound will be lnfluenced by theincorporating order of the compounding ingredients.
