摘要
本文推导了一种可用于灵巧结构与灵巧蒙皮的偏振调制型光纤应变传感器的理论模型,研究了横向应变载荷作用下双折射光纤中应变对光的传播,光的双折射与旋光的影响,分析表明,传感器的感应长度与光纤中主光轴的原方向都使光以及传感灵敏度有较大影响.
A theoretical model for polarimetric fiber optic strain sensor which can be used for smart structure and Skin is presented. The effect of strain on the birefingence of the fiber and rotation of the optical aXes,and propagation of light in birefringent fibers suffered from transverse stress load are studied,Analysis Shows that both the sensitive length and initial orientation of optical principal aXes have important influence on the rotation and strain sensitivity of sensor.
