摘要
本文通过对二台KW4-330型空气断路器断口灭弧瓷套污闪爆炸原固的分析,指出断路器污闪的严重性;并提出了断口瓷套在污秽条件下绝缘爬电距离的配合问题。最后,对运行中的断路器防污闪提出了几点措施。
Though the analysis of the explosion reason of interrupting arc bushing on two KW4-330 air circuit breaker, this article pointed out the gravity of pollution flashover of circuit breaker; and also put forward the coordination of insulation with creepage distance of the interrupting arc bushing under polluted condition.Finally, it proposed several protective measures to prevent the operational circuit breaker from fashing over。
