摘要
介绍了增香剂在塑料中的作用机理及选择基材树脂、增香剂的一般原则,并以聚乙烯为例介绍了增香母料的制作、贮存工艺以及挤出吹塑芳香型塑料薄膜的工艺过程和控制要点。通过加入成核剂产生了对增香剂具有单面渗透作用的薄膜,从而延长了芳香气味的停留时间和作用效果,减少了增香剂的用量,大大降低了成本。试验证明:将增香剂母料与聚乙烯混合,用挤出吹塑的方法生产芳香型包装薄膜是完全可行的。
The functional mechanism of sweetening agent in plastic,the selection principle of basic resin and sweetening agent was described.Taking the case of LDPE for example,the pro- duction and storage technique of sweetening masterbatch as well asthe process and key points of control of blow moulding sweet plastic film were introduced.By adding nucleation agent,the film having one way penetrating function for sweetening agent was formed,therefore the staying time and effect of sweet was prolonged,the usage amount of sweetening agent was reduced and so the cost was considerably reduced.The result showed that the production method of extrusion blow moulding sweet packing film with mixing sweetening masterbatch and PE was feasible.
