分析了中国和美国化工和石油化工装置竣工和设计资料，从中得到了界区内化工和石油化工装置总投资与工艺设备费用之间的关连式，并推出了一种新的投资估算方法。
The correlative relationship between the total investment of chemical and petrochemical plants in the battery limits and the costs of process equipment is made aftcr analyzing the data of design and constr uction of chemical and petrochemical plants in China and the US.And a new method is de-ducted for the estimations of investment.
