全面分析了“竞争性科技情报”（ＣＴＩ）与传统科技情报的区别。论述了企业应用ＣＴＩ的必要性和ＣＴＩ作为决策支持系统及预警系统的作用，并介绍了ＣＴＩ的步骤。
An all-round analysis on the competitive technology intelligence and the traditional scientific and technical in formation is made. An overview is given on the necessity of the use of CTI as a decision sup-port system and a alarm system.The steps for CTI analysis is described.
