摘要
本文根据宁化县近15年的肿瘤资料分析了常见肿瘤的流行时间变化趋势。结果表明,历年肿瘤死亡率呈波浪式上升,死因位次提前三位。近期与前期死亡率比较,男性增加19.68%,女性减少20.93％,出现死亡年龄前移与后移两型肿瘤.但各个时期内癌谱相对稳定。
According to the nearly 15-year completematerials of the tumour investigation in NinghuaCounty,an analysis on the changing trend of epid-emic time of common tumours were given in thispaper.The rate of mortality rises as waves.Theposition of death cause has advanced three places.Comparing the mortality in earlier period with thatin recent period,the male's has increased by 19.6(?)%while the female's has reduced 20.93%.And theages of death shows two different types—push for-ward and backward.But the cancer tree keeps rela-tively stable in different periods.
