厦门地区水稻潜根线虫病流行学和防治 被引量:1

The Epidemiology and Control of the Rice-root Nematode Disease in Xiamen Distract, Fujian

摘要 厦门地区水稻潜根线虫,一年四季均能侵害寄主植物。3月上旬开始侵染秧苗,一年有2次高峰期,时间在5~6月和9~10月份,高峰期虫口密度为每克根含60.5~71.8条虫。病原的寄主植物有9科19种。禾本科的棒头草和莎草科的香附子感染率和感染强度最大,分别为94.9%和83.6%,病原的越冬场所均在水稻和寄主植物根部。促杀剂是防治本病的有效药物,秧田施药杀虫率为80.2%~82.6%,插秧前施药杀虫率达到83.3%~94.4%。 This paper reports the epidemiology and control of the rice-root nematodes(Hirschmanniella spp)disease in the Xiamen Distract,Fujian. The results of the examination andexperiment showd that infection of paddy by this parasite took place throughout the year but inthe year there are tow peak periods,which are may-June in the early rice and September-Octo-ber in the late rice.In the peak period,the number of population per gramme root varied from60.5 to 71.8.The seedling of the early rice could be infected by the nematodes at the beginningof March.A total of 23 species of weeds belong to 11 families were examined and 19 specieswere found to be host plants of the the nematodes.It found that the infective rate and intensityof the Plyogo,fugax(Gramineae)and Cyperus rotundus(Cyperaceae)were the most high and theinfective rates of the root were 94.9%and 83.6%respectively.This nematodes mainly overwin-tered in the roots of rice and weed host plants. promotive nematicide (mixed nematicide)2.6-2.7kg per mu was most effective in controlling the nematodes.The insecticide was applied in the riceseedling bed or in the rice field before sowing and transplanting,which the rates of the populationdepression were 80.2%to 82.6%and 83.3%to 94.4%respectively.
