摘要
以8-羟基喹啉(HQ)为柱前螫合剂,反相高效液相色谱分离分析锆(Ⅳ)、钴(Ⅱ)、铝(Ⅲ)、铜(Ⅱ)和钯(Ⅱ).采用YWG-CH色谱柱(Cis),不含8.羟基喹啉的75%甲醇-水流动相,考察了20多种金属-8-羟基喹啉螯合物的色谱行为,优化了分离测定上述五种金属离子的实验条件,在波长254nrn,检测灵敏度比在可见光区至少提高5倍,锆、钴、铝、铜和他的检测限分别为0.25、0.038、0.12、0.40和O.28ng,方法的精密度和样品回收率良好,已用于污水样分析。
Hydroxyquinoline(HQ)was used as a precalumn chelating reagent for theRP-HPLC determination of Zr(Ⅳ),Co( Ⅱ ), Al(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅱ)-and Pd(Ⅱ).The metal-HOchelates were separated an a YWG-CH column using a mobile phase af methanol-water(75 : 25,v/V) not containing HQ and buffer. The detection sensitivities of the metal-HQ chelates at 254nm were increased at least 5 times more than that at the VIS-range wavelength. The retentivebehavior of many metal.NQchelates was studied. The conditians of the separation and determi-nation were optimized. The detection limits were: Zr 0.25 ng, Co 0. 038 ng, Al 0. 12 ng, Cu 0;40 ng and Pd 0. 28 ng.This method was applied to analysis the polluted water and get the accu-rate result。
