摘要
在光电化学电池中测定C_(60)球烯在C_(60)-GaAs电极上所形成异质结的光伏效应.并研究不同介质电对和C_(60)薄膜厚度对光伏效应的影响.结果表明1)是较佳的介质电时2)(C_(60)薄膜厚度约为1μm时光伏效应较大;3)C_(60)在C_(60)-GaAs电极上的光伏效应是显著的。
The photovoltaic effect(PVE)of heterojunction formed bv C_(60) on C_(60)-GaAselectrode in the photoelectrochemical cell was studied. Influences of、various redox couples and ofthickness of C_(60)film on the photovoltaic effect were inverstigated.the results showed that:1)was a kind of better redox couple in the photoelectrochemical cell.2)The photovolatic per-formance of C_(60)-GaAs electrode at l μm for thickness of C_(60)was best.3)the photovoltaic effectof C_(60)on C_(60)-GaAs electrode was significant.
