A DNA sequence(CR_2 )of 561 bpsizefrom oncogene erbB-2 was amplifiedby PCR reaction and purified.This DNA fragment was then linked with pLW_1 to construct a re-combinant which was transformed into E. Coli DH5a,By means of dot blot,five transformantswere convinced of carrying the CR_2 sequence.
