摘要
分析三仁汤组方原则的特点：ｌ）三焦并治，湿热兼清；２）组方轻灵，疏通气机；３）畅通三焦，先开肺气；４）法除湿邪，重在利小便。提出三仁汤可作为治疗多种湿热病的基础方及九种加减运用法。
The principle of composing three Kernels decoction is introduced. The decoc-tion is characterized remarkably by its therapeutic action to which the paper discusses mainlyfrom the following four aspects : 1.Eliminating damp-heat as well as regulating the whole three-jiao ; 2. Mild drugs used for norma1izing Qi dynamic; 3.Promoting water passages by activatingthe dispersing function of the lung;4. Eleminating dampness by inducing diuresis. The prescrip-tion may act as basal prescription to the treatment of various damp-heat diseases. The paper pro-vides nine methods of its application.
