摘要
对锯缘青蟹幼体(Z_1→C_1)各发育期的几种消化酶(蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶)活力的测定结果表明,在幼体发育过程中,这四种消化酶比活力表现出三种变化模式。初步认为,青蟹幼体消化酶活力高低与幼体发育期有关,同时受饵料条件和各发育阶段能量需求的调节;状幼体V期(Z_5),大眼幼体(M)高死亡率可能与这两期幼体蛋白酶活力降低有关。
During larval dsvelopment,specific activities of four digestive enzyme(protease,α-amylase,cellulase, lipase)of mud crab,Scylla serrata Forskal show 3 different variation pattems.It is suggested that the activities of the digestive enzyme of the larval S. serrata are associated with de-velopmental stages,and meanwhile,influenced by feeding conditions and energy demand.The lowprotease activity in Zoea V and Megalopa stages may be related to the high mortality during rearing.
