摘要
本文分析、计算了鳍线结构铌酸锂(LiNbO_3)光波导调制器的结构,标准的微波波导与调制器之间的过渡,对该调制器的总体结构作了优化设计,并在三厘米波段由数值计算给出一个工程设计的例子。
In this paper,the analysis and calculation of lithium niobate(LiNbO_3)optical waveguide modulator with the fin line configuration was made, including the structure of this modulator and the transition of the standard metaliic waveguide to the modulator. And then the optimal design of the modulator was made base on the previous calculation. Finally,the overall de-sign in 3 centimeters waveband is given out as an example
