摘要
本文介绍了一种求解多目标模型的新方法——交互的切比雪夫方法的基本原理和特点，指出了该方法在实际应用中的一些不足，并提出了改进意见，最后，就切比雪夫方法在联合国开发计划署（ＵＮＤＰ）的援华项目“华北水资源管理”中，对华北宏观经济水资源规划多目标分析模型的求解过程做了详细介绍，特别是针对华北宏观经济水管理的实际问题，在切比雪夫求解过程中增加了群决策，对原有理论进行了扩展．
In this paper,a new method for solving Multiple Objective Analysis(MOA)model is introdued.First part of the paper is the the-ory and prop erity of Tchebycheff method,and in the second part,a case stuely is explained in detail.This care study is about the application of this method in the project of“North China water Resources Mangement”sponsored by United Nation Development Program(UNDP).In this project,Tchebycheff method is used to solve the top model一Multiple Objective Analysis model of North China macroeconomic-water resources planning. In order to fit the use in North China,a kind of group decision mechanics is devefoped to be incroproted into the Tchebycheff Procedure.
