摘要
本文针对南平市中心区工业布局调整分析，建立了一个由多个模型组合而成的整体模型，对复杂的系统作出有效的定量化决策分析，也可为一般的旧城改造或“黄金”地带工业布局调整的决策分析借鉴．
A model for evaluating a multi-layer and multi-criterion sys-tem has been presented in this paper,By this model,the adjustment of urban industrial distributions is simple in judgement,with higter reliabil-ity of decisions.
