摘要
采用粉末压制的样片进行X射线荧光分析,测定钛铁矿中的TiO2、TFe、Al2O3、SiO2和MnO,标准曲线经分段处理或基体校正后达到良好的准确度。其分析范围是:TiO27%~50%,TFe20%-38%,Al2O30.70%~30%,SiO20.15%~32%,MnO0.17%~0.80%.分析结果与化学法相符,金属量平衡计算结果满足选矿要求。方法准确、简便、快速、经济,具有相当的实用性。
The TiO2, TFe, Al2O3, SiO2, MnO in ilmenite have been measured by XRFA using pelletized powder samples. After separating the calibration curve into two sections or correcting the matrix effects,areasonable accuracy has been obtained. The analysis ranges are as follows: TiO2 7-50%, TFe 20-38%, Al2O3 0.70-30%, SiO2 0. 15-32%,MnO 0. 17-0.80% The results of XRFA agree with those of chemical analysis. The calculations of the equilibrium of metal volume meet the demands of beneficiation. Therefore, this method is an accurate, simple fast and economical one for ilmenite analysis.
