摘要
研究了加工热处理工艺对Zr-4合金管材机械性能和耐蚀性能的影响。实验表明,工序中加入β淬火处理,可以改善合金的性能。挤压前坯料β淬火后直接轧至成品的管材,再结晶退火后在375℃下的屈眼强度为204~218MPa,较经过多次轧制到成品的管材,其屈服强度提高了42%~47%。加工过程中降低中间退火温度,减少加工道次的管材,在相同条件下的屈服强度为180~188MPa。对合金管材进行了400℃和500℃腐蚀试验,不同工艺管材表现出不同的耐蚀性能。改变工艺的管材具有最好的耐均匀腐蚀和疖状腐蚀能力。
The effects of working process and heat treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Zircaloy-4 tubes have been studied. The experimental results show that β-quenching can improve the properties of the alloy. The yield strength measured at 375℃ is 204~ 218 MPa for the tubes β-quenched then rolled one time, which is increased by a factor of 42%~ 47%, as compared to the multiple-rolled tubes. The yield strength measured under the same conditions is 180~188MPa for the tubes annealed intermediately at lower temperature and rolled a few times. The tubes made by different processes show different cormsion resistance in the corrosion test of 400℃ and 500℃. The tubes made by changing technology show the optimal uniform and nodular corrosion resistance.
