TiNi基形状记忆合金点蚀倾向的电化学研究 被引量:3

摘要 用电化学极化方法研究了Ti50Ni50、Ti50Ni42Cu8及317L合金在不同pH值的1%NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性。恒电位阳极极化曲线表明:Cu的加人明显提高了TiNi合金的再钝化电位;但对点蚀电位的影响较复杂,在pH1—5时TiNiCu高于TiNi合金,在pH=6—10时TiNiCu则低于TiNi合金,pH值增大至11~13时,两者又趋于接近。实验中还发现,与317L相比,TiNi合金的点蚀电位测量数值分散性较大,Cu的加入对这种分散性无明显影响。 Pitting corrosion behaviours of Ti50Ni50,Ti50Ni42Cu8 and 317L alloys have been studied in 1% NaCl saline solution with varied pH value. Anodic polarization curves obtained by potentinstatic tests point out that the repassivation potential of TiNt alloy is substantially raised by the addition of Cu. The pitting potential Eb of TiNiCu is more noble than that of TiNt in lower PH value(pH≤5),but is lower than that of TiNt in the PH 6-10.The Eb tends to be the same in the PH 11 ̄13.It is also observed in the experimentalsthat, compared to 317L alloy,TiNt has a rather scattered pitting potential values which is notaffected by the addition of Cu.
